HI I'm Jo. I specialise in helping those affected by someone else's alcohol misuse either now or in the past and I raise awareness about the impact of alcohol on others. I work with people on a 1:1 basis as well as speaking at wellbeing, business and other events.

After 20 years of self development, including therapy, self help books, events and training I've transformed myself from an aggressive, unliked and rude individual to a more calm, likeable character. I want you to know it's possible and offer hope and support to help you get there. 

I'm a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner so not only do I have real life experience, I'm qualified to facilitate change. 

Many struggling don't realise the issues in the present are connected with their past and living with a drinker. I'm here to help you connect the dots, feel connected and discover who you really are.
